SME with specialization of HR Services responsibility areas as determined from time to time.
Job Requirements
Education / Experience - Master's degree in Human Resources Management
Experience: 12- 15 years in progressive MNC in HR Generalist / HR Operations Profile majorly in Supply Chain
Hands-on experience in HR activities of Workforce Planning, Legal Compliance, Payroll & Benefits administration.
HR Process simplification & Digitization projects and awareness of Employee/ Social Relations.
Supervises team of HR Service Delivery Specialists and related activities performed at local / Regional level
Rewards Services - Wage & Salary Administration, Payroll & benefits administration, Compliance
HR Administration Capabilities- Work Force Admn, On-boarding, Exit Management, ELCM, Data management
HR Advisory - Employee Service Support, Policies, HRIS, Reporting/Analytics
Drive change management and effective communication.
Implements solutions, policies, improvements across entities served.
Drives digital agenda and lead process excellence.
Monitors and controls the quality of services delivered and customer satisfaction according to SLAs.
Acts as point of contact for all Stake holders. Good Partnering & Collaboration skills
Digital Mindset. Good hands on exposure in Microsoft office Tools. Knowledge on Global ERP systems, Payroll, Time Recordings systems
Knowledge of State employment laws in India and compliances applicable in factories.
Business Acumen and ability to lead CI initiatives to bring in efficiency in HR Service Deliveries
Financial awareness, Owner of cost center for operations..
