About the role
We’re seeking experienced Cellar Hands to join our full-time, permanent team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with vintage experience, a safety-first mindset, and a passion for wine production.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Operate winery equipment (e.g. crossflow, centrifuge, decanter)
Support cellar operations across vintages and general production
Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 2 vintages’ experience, ideally in a large winery
Experience with winery tech and systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical fitness and practical aptitude
Full driver’s licence preferred
Interest in wine is a bonus
