IQuest is a premier coaching institute for Engineering, Medical and Foundation courses. We have centers in Patiala, Sangrur and Barnala presently. We are a team of IIT/IIM Educated engineers and doctors who teach and mentor students from classes 8th to 12th.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for

1. Administration related job : Responsible for general maintenance and housekeeping of the institute, empaneling vendors and getting work done efficiently.

2. Transport : Responsible for managing transport local and outstation, managing different transport vendors, fee collection etc

3. Fee Collection : Collecting fee, reminder to parents, depositing in bank related work

4. Handling general issues and queries

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Must have an experience of 3 years as Admin Manager/Executive and should have working knowledge of office works.

Must be a team player, good communication skills

Microsoft word and Excel proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
