Job Description
• Prepare actual product Costing and compare with standard
• Maintain Fixed Assets Reg and calculate Depreciation.
• Calculate Product Wise Gross Margin and Contribution Analysis
• BOM Routing Checking and Updating
• Standard Cost Updating
• Support in physical inventory verification and reporting.
• Actual CPC Vs Budgeted (Various Tools and Consumables etc..)
• Production Report checks/SAP entries Checks
• Rate Difference Debit and Credit Note-Vendor/Customer
• Variance Analysis (Price, Usage, Mix)
• Vendor Inward Tracking analysis
• Subcontract Stock Controlling
• Monthly schedule-UTILITY/REJECTION/REPAIR
• MIS - Schedules and analysis of Variable cost.
• Cost Audit Preparation and compliance
• Other costing related activities as per requirement
Skill Set
• Experience 2-5 years in related profile.
• SAP knowledge is preferable.
• Good in MS Office (Excel and Power point).
