Your Key Outcomes - (Work from Office role - 6 Days working):
1. Launch & Scale New Ideal Cities
- Deep-dive into market research and launch Chalo in new cities
- Build a tailored marketing plan to drive digital adoption (10%+ by Month 3)
- Collaborate with city officials to amplify Chalos local presence
2. Create Influence & Brand Love Locally
- Drive positive PR and media buzz in regional outlets
- Pitch & publish thought leadership content that aligns with urban sustainability goals
- Establish Chalo as a household name in urban transit
3. Own Reporting & Impact Metrics
- Monthly client updates with app downloads, ridership, digital growth
- Track campaign KPIs and optimize for performance
- Stay on top of budget utilization and marketing ROI
What You Bring:
- Functional & Behavioral Competencies
- Analytical & problem-solving mindset
- Sharp attention to detail nothing escapes your radar
- Empathetic communicator who listens, responds, and adapts
- Someone who is very passionate and ready to Hussle on field (Mon - Sat working)
- Ability to work across multiple cities and diverse stakeholders
- Resourcefulness that helps you navigate the chaos
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication (Hindi/Regional language is a bonus!)
- Understanding of public transport / urban mobility space
- Social media content sense + report writing flair
- Bonus: Image editing or digital asset creation skills
