Commerce & Lifecycle Operations (CLO) is the operations engine for Cisco’s partners, sellers, renewal managers and customers across Cisco’s hardware, software and service offers. We take a digital-first, agile-centric approach to drive simplification, automation and transformation. Our mission is to create a frictionless commerce experience and accelerate the company’s transformation towards recurring revenue.
APJC CLO supports the APJC Sales, Renewal Managers, Partners and Customers for all interactions with Cisco covering Quote-to-Cash, Goal-to-Commissions, Partner Business Services, Buying Programs Lifecycle Operations, Operations Delivery, Field Operations and Partner/Distributor Operations.

What you will do
This is a role in the fast-paced APJC Commerce & Lifecycle Operations (CLO) comprising over 300 members. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, which is part of the CLO Strategy & Planning Operations team you will be working closely with the Senior Director, APJC CLO Leadership Team and Global Process Simplification and Automation to play a key role in driving the change management for APJC Commerce & Lifecycle Operations.
Your responsibilities will include:

Change Management:
Own the development of an effective Change Management approach and plan that helps drive the operational change in the region.
Create, manage, and execute project plans for all Change Management deliverables including, but not restricted to, impact assessment, sponsorship/stakeholder engagement/management, coordinating training, communications, business readiness, program adoption and success metrics.
Interpreting and effectively communicating insights and recommendations related to Change Management opportunities to service owners, leaders, and business stakeholders.
Coaching the CLO team on methodology, process, and stakeholder analysis and instructing stakeholders how to think about Change Management in a way that will help them transform service delivery.
Participate in regular Operations-led calls to coordinate on communication needs and activities across Operations various functional teams.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy & methodology.
Partner with Global/Central Service Operations to identify appropriate and relevant messaging opportunities for driving cohesive messaging around change driven in the region.
Manage the CLO Change & Communications Network, regularly coordinating the agenda for monthly meetings, and keeping the Change Management Champions for services updated on key changes occurring within CLO, Operations and Cisco.

Communication Management:
Owning the effective communication of the Change Management deliverables in the region including, but not restricted to regular newsletters on the programs, initiatives, and regional updates.
Designing, building, and implementing effective executive communications strategies including CLO Quarterly Newsletters topic selection, content, and execution.
Oversee executive speaking opportunities, including content development, prep beforehand, and feedback afterward.
Develop compelling content, including keynotes, internal and customer presentation and CLO Sharepoint blog.
Own all employee communications vehicles, including newsletters, leadership meetings, and all-hands.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications through feedback, surveys, and other key performance indicators.

Who you are:
You have 10-12 years’ experience in multinational technology company and 4-6+ years’ experience in supporting change management projects and communication, with at least 2+ years leading change projects.
You are a self-starter and use keen business sense to deliver Change Management insights that support strategic priorities.
You are self-motivated, creative, results-driven team-player, who is comfortable working and delivering results autonomously or collaborating with others.
You have stellar communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing.
You have ability to quickly grasp business needs and boil them down to the core elements that an audience needs to know.
You have experience with large-scale software or system implementations, ideally having had a lead role for a function or a program with a previous implementation.
You are comfortable working in a technical environment and converting complex concepts and terms to simple, easy to understand language.
You develop viewpoints and making recommendations to senior leaders in simple and easy-to-understand business terms, while striving to challenge the status quo.
You possess a real passion for building trusted relationships through a collaborative and influence-led approach; you have the capacity to work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the relationship and business connections across many initiatives.
You have a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate to accomplish assignments with minimal supervision, including strong capacity to partner, work horizontally and bring multiple resources together to accomplish shared goals.
You have proven program/project management skills, including excellent verbal and written communications, facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.
You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate organizations and people through large-scale change.
You are energetic, with a passion to learn and wants to have fun while driving change!

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
