About the opportunity:

6‑month max‑term contract
Based in North Sydney
We are now seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the rollout of the HR technology stack underpinning a major People & Culture transformation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our people adopt, embrace, and confidently use our new Workday platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned change professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys driving meaningful organisational uplift.

What You’ll Do:

Lead change planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement for our Workday HRIS project
Define the change approach and articulate the “why” behind the transformation
Develop stakeholder plans, communication materials, and change impact assessments
Build and manage a network of change champions
Deliver training plans and capability-building activities that drive adoption
Identify risks and issues and proactively implement mitigations
Track change progress, adoption KPIs, and outcomes
Ensure changes are embedded and supported post‑launch
Celebrate wins and build momentum across the organisation
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience delivering change for Workday or major HRIS implementations
Strong background in HR transformation and enterprise‑wide change
Practical expertise in change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or similar)
Confidence engaging, influencing, and educating stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity with resilience and a solution‑focused mindset
Experience designing and delivering training for diverse user groups
Data‑driven approach to tracking adoption and effectiveness
Relevant qualifications in change management, project management, or organisational development
