Job Description
Experience: 5–10 Years. Reporting To: Dual Reporting – Marketing Head (Brand Alignment) & Managing Director (Business Operations)Age: 28+ (Male preferred)
Role Summary:This pivotal role will lead the on-ground execution of brand presence across pan-India showrooms, galleries, and experience centres. Acting as the face of the company to dealers, distributors, and end consumers, the Channel Partner Manager will ensure consistent brand visibility, client servicing, and business development in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.’
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute brand presence at retail points, experience centres, and dealer galleries
· Coordinate branding assets, merchandising, and display units in sync with marketing team
· Travel across regions for setting up, auditing, and maintaining retail brand identity
· Partner with local dealers to execute regional activations, product launches, and events
· Gather structured feedback from channel partners and end users on product, service, and market trends
· Act as a brand advocate and client service representative for new opportunities and relationship management
· Identify new channel development opportunities and support sales in onboarding
· Submit market intelligence and quarterly feedback reports to senior management
Must Have:
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Ability to comprehend and coordinate execution documents such as drafts, 2D files, layouts, and plans
· Experience coordinating with fabricators, printers, and third-party vendors
· Strong reporting discipline and structure – weekly, monthly, and ad hoc updates
· Open to extensive travel across India, including tier 2 and 3 cities
KRAs & KPIs:
· Brand execution completion rate: 100% adherence to store rollout plans
· Regional event coordination success
· Monthly feedback reports from dealers and customers
· Growth in partner satisfaction and loyalty metrics
· Timely setup and upkeep of experience centres across all locations
· Software Proficiency:
· MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT – Reporting & Presentation)
· CRM Platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce – for tracking partner feedback)
· Trello/Asana (for coordination with marketing and design teams)
· WhatsApp Business / Slack (for real-time dealer communication)
· Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms – reporting & audit)
