• Qualification – MBA / PG / Engineer
• Experience - Minimum 2 to 7 years in similar profile
• Language – Hindi / Punjabi / English
• Computer Literacy – Basic Excel / Word
• Own machine mandatory
• Background from MR, Pharma industry with good connect in the Hospital chains, Doctors, Clinics, Diagnostics labs

Role Expectation:
• Creation of Distribution network across NCR
• B2B channel for sale / rent of medical equipments
• Mapping the needs of visiting customers at hospitals for post discharge needs for things like
• Medical hospital bed
• Respiratory devices like bipap, ventilator, oxygen
• ICU setup at home
• Wheelchairs
• Nurturing of such Channel
• Understanding of Product need and market fit
• Negotiation both internal and Channel for product movement
• Relationship with Trade for easy role-fit and delivery
• Follow-up on leads for closure and payment collection
