Job Description
Key Result Areas:
Delivering PO and Invoicing target for Sterling Tanks on a monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis. Building a strong team of channel partners to expand the business reach exponentially. Create and maintain relevant prospect pipeline (10X of monthly target)
Key Activities:
Searching, appointing, developing and retaining an active team of minimum 10 channel partners in designated territory. Prospecting through net, client references, inbound queries, exhibition contacts and cold calling to build an active prospect pipeline. ((10X of target)
Identify the customer needs and offer the Sterling value proposition to the client effectively. Travel extensively, min 15 days/month for client meetings. Experience in handling dealer and distributor network To negotiate and close orders successfully.
Updating and using CRM (Bitrix/any other) on daily basis Key Competencies Required:
Functional: B2B/ industrial/ project sales experience- min 3 years. Customer Management
• Ability to deal with mid and senior level.
Apply selling techniques likne CNA regularly to find customer needs. Strong distributor Management Willing to travel min 15 days in a month.
Fluent in English, hindi, Local Language Tamil and Telugu (at least any 2) Will cover the complete pan India network.
