About the role
You will be joining a team of dedicated Fundraisers who work on behalf of Charity causes close to their hearts. We are on the search for sales and KPI driven individuals, who get a buzz out of closing a deal through the art of conversation and effective and ethical objection handling. You will be talking to members of the public using an approved script, your ability to adapt to your audience, and successfully pitch the invaluable importance of regular giving, and donating to the cause, will be the key to success!

We pay an hourly rate of $2+ per hour plus Bonus!
Skills and Requirements
Able to confidently speak over the phone and comfortable asking for money
Self-motivated and driven by achieving targets and KPIs
Responsible, reliable and driven to succeed
Resilient with a willingness to learn
Effective communicator, who can actively listen
Hungry to learn
Self-motivated with a great work ethic
Competent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Fluent in English language
Encouraging all Backpackers looking for casual meaningful work to apply!

Up to date anti-virus software
Noise cancelling headset
Ergonomic work station/setup

Weekly pay cycle - Tuesdays
Offering up to 38 hours per week, pending performance and reliability
Shift flexibility for right candidate
11am-7.30pm NZST
