Representatives: Charity Brand Ambassador / Fundraising Representative
Location: Calgary, BC (On-site)

This posting is on behalf of one of our clients, who are currently seeking Brand Ambassadors and Fundraisers to join their growing team in Calgary, BC.
Their focus is on professional, ethical, and community-centered campaigns that help promote social impact through responsible outreach and engagement.
Position Overview
As a Brand Ambassador / Fundraising Representative, you will represent charities, businesses, and hospitals in various community settings. This position is ideal for individuals with a SALES or Customer Service Representative (CSR) background who value professionalism, teamwork, and meaningful work.
This is an in-person role that requires strong communication skills, a polished presentation, and a passion for community involvement.
Schedule & Work Environment
Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday
Type: 4 or 5 days/week
Setting: On-site (not remote)
Must be able to commute to our Calgary office on the days you are scheduled to work
Vehicle not required — travel to community sites is coordinated and covered by the team
Key Responsibilities
Professionally engage with members of the public to present charitable and community-based campaigns and inspire support
Represent clients and their partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
Build rapport and meaningful conversations with potential donors and community members
Participate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance campaign knowledge
Maintain ethical and accurate donor interactions in compliance with industry standards
This position involves in-person community engagement in public venues, events, and pre-approved outreach and residential areas
Qualifications
Previous experience in Sales, Fundraising, Marketing, or Customer Service (CSR) is an asset (training provided)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability are essential
Comfortable with face-to-face interaction in public or event settings
Must currently reside in Calgary or nearby areas
Must be available for in-person work (this role is not remote)
Vehicle not required
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed weekly pay + performance incentives and commissions
Typical representatives earn between $750–$1,200 weekly after training
All compensation details will be discussed during the interview
Paid and free training provided to all successful applicants
All campaign materials and tablets are provided free of charge
