Chartered Accountant (CA) With MIS Experience -
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 6 months of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and MIS reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate MIS reports.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of financial accounting and reporting, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of audit schedules.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to support management decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications And Skills
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of overall experience as a CA.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is up to 8 lacs and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
