Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and driven Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team and lead initiatives focused on business growth, strategic financial planning, and performance analysis. This role involves working closely with leadership to evaluate financial data, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the long-term financial health and expansion of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across different business units and markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies, budgeting, and
forecasting.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and
stakeholders.
Evaluate new business opportunities, including investments, partnerships, and expansions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Optimize cost structures and suggest improvements in financial processes.
Support the development and execution of short- and long-term business plans.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of business performance drivers and financial metrics.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP
systems).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
