JD for Finance and Accounts Executive (CA)
We are looking for a passionate Accounts professional for the growing team.
Job Location for this role is Bangalore. This person will be responsible to handle all
activities related to accounting (computing, filing, payments, taxes, reporting) plus
additional administrative tasks as required. CA certification is mandatory.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining all accounting documents in filing systems and sending scan copies to
auditors once in a week.
• Maintaining books of accounts of Unspun, Assiduus in Tally and preparation of
GST & TDS computations on a monthly basis
• Preparation of Consulting / Distribution agreements based on standard agreement
templates
• Coordination with Bankers and submission of stock statements etc.
• Preparation of Invoices, Stock Transfer Notes, E Way bills etc for dispatch of
products
• Maintaining payment trackers and sending reminders to directors as and when
payments are due
• Coordinating with bankers for fund transfers and other transactions.
• Customer account reconciliations and preparing statement of accounts and credit
note advises to clients
• Fund management and payment processing
•Preparation of financial statements and monthly MIS reports
Requirements
• Must be CA & Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Minimum 2 years of Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, FreshBooks and
QuickBooks advantage
• Strong English Communication skill (both written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
