Overall all responsibility of Accounting, and auditing, Taxation
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Preparation, finalization of Service Tax Liability and filing of Service Tax returns
Preparation of final Statement of accounts
Calculation of TDS, filing TDS returns
Preparation and analysis of financial reports which include income and loss statements, Income tax return issues and balance sheets

Should be proficient in Company Law, Service Tax, TDS,VAT, Income Tax and all other accounts related activities
Should be capable of handling the entire accounting and filling of returns activities independently
Should be capable to solve queries of Income Tax Scrutiny
Can be able to Prepare CMA Reports for Project Finance.
