Knowledge of latest accounting and auditing standards2. Assist in Audit Planning and implement the same3. Manage execution on internal/ statutory audit engagements of various clients4. Responsible for end-to-end coverage of auditable areas spanning business units / boundaries5. Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations7. Oversee execution and report status8. Manage accounting in Tally+. Prepare internal audit report for finalization10. Preparation of MIS for client company11. Preparation & finalisation of Balance-sheet12 Allocate responsibilities, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage staff performance13. Efficiently liaise with team, discuss questions and queries prompt, and address issues as they arise14. Manage multiple assignment deadlines and further developing industry expertise15. Maintain/develop strong professional relationships with clients based on mutual respectResponsibilities towards team : Demonstrate professionalism, competence and clarity of communication Review the work of junior team members to ensure quality and documentation standards are adhered to Enable the development of junior team members by coaching them to develop their technical and soft skillsSkills Required : Excellent presentation and English communication skills Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards Knowledge of the Companies Act (as amended) and statutes that is relevant in the Internal audit environment. Should have handled internal & statutory audit assignments earlier Team player with a proactive and result oriented approach Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity Good knowledge of Tally Must have done Articleship for the complete 3 years Punctual & disciplined Strong analytical, leadership, inter-personal skills Computer literacy Excel, spreadsheets etc.Salary : No bar for deserving candidate (Max limit 7.5 LPA
