Job Title: Assistant Accounts (Office) Qualification: At least Commerce graduate completed Experience: 1-2 years in accounts field with basic knowledge of all entries, capable of handling receivable accounts, and generating reports as per their own knowledge. Must know MS Office (WORD + EXCEL).
Key Responsibilities
Managing receivable accounts and generating reports
Handling all basic entries and maintaining the accounts book
Ensuring timely payment collections and follow-ups
Coordinating with clients and resolving any payment-related issues
Preparing financial statements and reports
Maintaining proper documentation and records
Qualifications And Skills
A Commerce graduate with 1-2 years of experience in the accounts field
Must possess a basic knowledge of all entries and capable of handling receivable accounts
Proficient in MS Office (WORD + EXCEL)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Salary: Between 14k-15k (depending on the candidate's knowledge)
Working Hours: FEMALE: 10:00 AM TO 6:30 PM / MALE: 10:00 AM TO 8:00 PM
