We are seeking an experienced Accounts/Finance Manager or a Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher to join our dynamic and rapidly growing workspace solutions company.

Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Manage the overall financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Bookkeeping and Accounting: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and analyze variances to ensure financial targets are met.
Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and present reports on key financial metrics, profitability, and cost analysis to support decision-making processes.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, prepare and submit tax returns, and coordinate with external auditors or tax advisors as necessary.
Financial Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payment processing.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Ad hoc Projects: Participate in special projects or initiatives related to financial analysis, process improvements, or other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: For Accounts/Finance Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable.
For CA Fresher:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and taxation.
Good understanding of financial management practices and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
