You will manage a team of accountants, develop accounting policies, and provide strategic financial guidance. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth accounting knowledge, and the ability to streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Implement process improvements and maintain strong internal controls.
• Lead and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance and fostering growth.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and address financial queries effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Should be a CA
• Proven experience as an Accountant Head or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
