Position- Chartered Accountant
Company- Fastest growing HVAC products manufacturing company
Experience- Post Qualification at least 5 years in the Manufacturing industry, especially in the MSME segment in medium cap industry .
Major portfolio of CA would be :
Consolidation of Financials
Preparation and analysis of Monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS
CMA preparation and variance with actual company performance
Budget preparation and variance
Cash flow and Fund Flow management
Handling and monitoring AP and AR cycle
Analysis on Direct and Indirect expenses
Implementing Fixed assets audit and monitoring WIP assists
Handling Bank audit and Stock audit
Monitoring on operating expenses
Handling internal and statutory audit
Handling cost audit
Handling any other external audit – for e.g Industrial survey , PF Audit etc….
Monitoring Monthly and yearly Direct and indirect tax returns and related compliances
Handling tax assessments
Handling recovery legal cases
Handling Insurance and bank related compliances
Assistance in cost audit
Technical Skill set :
Direct and Indirect taxes
GST
Corporate Tax
Personal Income Tax
Company law compliances
Soft skill set :
Self-learner
Aggressive in work to achieve the target line .
Team building and leadership – must have experience to handle the team of minimum 5 – 6 members
Experience in cross functioning department
Advance Excel formation
Experience to work in ERP
Good English communication and drafting
Aggressive in working
Smart and good personality
