Brief on the Job Position
The Assistant Manager - Finance is one of the key positions in Ayekart. The objective of the position is to ensure smooth day in day-out financial operations of the organization in accordance with the financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
Scope of Work
The Assistant Manager - Finance will be responsible for the banking operations and handling the fund transfer processes with banks. S/He is also expected to support in assessing the client’s financials for credit facility. Regular interaction /coordination would be required with clients and operations team.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Preparation of Financial Statements, MIS reporting.
· Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly cash flow projections.
· Preparation of Monthly performance review presentation along with analysis of various KPI affecting business
· Responsible for maintaining day to day accounting.
· Passing of journal entries for vendor processing, TDS, GST
· Timely payment and reconciliation and receivable reconciliation.
· Bank reconciliation, trade payable reconciliation and receivable reconciliation.
Qualifications and Experience
· Qualified CA
· Freshers or 1-to-2-year experience
· Working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Presentation and Excel knowledge
· Ready to join immediately
Skills and Core Competencies
A. Essential
· Good acumen of technology and automation.
· Good command on Excel. Tally and other related software.
B. Desirable
· Good interpersonal communication and team building skills in order to keep team motivated and productive.
· Meet work deadlines without constant detailed supervision.
· Accuracy, precision and attention to detail.
Reporting
· The Assistant Manager shall report to the Manager Finance, Ayekart.
· S/He will seek guidance and directions from Manager Finance.
