- 10-15 yrs work experience preferable in Real Estate / Mall Industry
Age 35+ years
Responsibilities
• Finalization of books of account as per Ind As accounting
• Sound knowledge of GST related law
• Sound knowledge of tax audit/Direct tax
• MIS
• Revenue assurance and cost control
• Finance related work like coordination with Bank/ICRA rating
• Handling statutory auditor for quarterly & annual Accounting etc…
Working conditions
• Daily reporting: Reporting to Associate Director – Accounts & Finance regarding of Daily working.
• Working Condition : Monday to Friday, Weekends Off
• Location : mumbai
• Preference : Male / Female

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
