Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and current advice. Auditing and Assurance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with accounting standards. Review financial transactions and systems to identify potential risks and recommend improvements. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. Financial Management: Offer financial consulting services to help businesses make informed decisions regarding investments, cost management, and revenue optimization. Assist in financial restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements. Provide guidance on corporate governance and ethics to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive financial advice and solutions. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: Possession of a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized professional accounting body. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws. Analytical mindset and attention to detail for accurate financial analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. Problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
