Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Sector-58, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon
Department : Finance and Accounts
Industry – CA Firm
Education-Chartered Accountant
Budget – 6 LPA to 7 LPA (+0% Fixed+10% Variable)
Key Responsibilities :
Following work related to multiple clients
1) Singapore, Malaysia and Australia Compliance
a. Direct and Indirect Taxation Compliance
b. Secretarial Compliance
c. Payroll Compliance
d. Any other Compliance
2) GST Compliance
a. Monthly Filing of GSTR3B and GSTR1
b Monthly GSTR2A and GSTR2B reconciliation
c. GST Annual Return
d. GST reconciliation with Books
3) Direct Tax
a. TDS return filing
b. SFT fillings
c. Income tax return filing of individuals and corporate
d. Advance tax and TDS payments
e. Responses to notices
f. Trust related filings (including 12A and 80G)
g. Transfer Pricing
4) Control of Book Keeping
a. Regular review of Book keeping and Banking
b. Preparation of Financials as per AS and Ind AS
c. Preparation of Budgeted Financials
5) Year-end Closing
a. Consolidation of books of accounts
b. Reconcile RPT transactions
c. Preparation of Financials as per accounting standards
6) Audit
a. Statutory, Tax and other Audits of Companies and LLP
7) MCA
a. MCA Annual filing of Companies and LLP
b. XBRL filing Coordination
c. Company and LLP registration
d. Other MCA filings
8) Provident Fund and ESI
a. PF and ESI compliances
+) Other Assignments
a. Fixed Asset and Inventory Verification
b. MIS assignments
c. Import Export compliances
d. Trade mark registration
Background :
1. Chartered Accountant
2. About 0-1 years of experience
Key skills needed are :
1. SAP, Tally ERP and Busy
2. Good in MS Excel
3. Good interpersonal skills
