• Russell and Dawson – An Architecture/Engineering/Construction firm (www.rdaep.com)
• United-BIM – BIM Modeling Services Firm (www.united-bim.com)
• AORBIS – Procurement as a Service Provider (www.aorbis.com)

We are hiring Chartered Accountant with more than 2 years of experience for performing various financial and accounting tasks such as Accounting, Budgeting, Balance Sheet, Payments, Invoices, Taxation & Regulatory Compliance Requirements for USA based businesses.
Job Location:
• Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings:
• 6pm to 3am
• Monday to Friday
• Work from office

Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain records of vendor transactions and ensure timely payments. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment processing
• Generate and issue invoices or Purchase Order to internal or external customers
• Business Operations
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Payroll Processing
• Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control measures
Skills Required:
• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with atleast 2 years of work experience
• Knowledge of Tally or QuickBooks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
