Our exceptional leaders and strategic planning have contributed to our consistent growth since our inception in 2000.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant at Hasti Petrochemical & Shipping ltd., Jodhpur The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Job Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting and AnalysisPreparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and coordination with Internal & Statutory Auditors of company Analyzing financial performance and preparing reports to provide insights for management.Ensuring day to day compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.2. AuditingConducting internal audits to evaluate financial and operational procedures.Ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.Identifying and mitigating financial risks.3. Direct & Indirect TaxationCorporate tax planning and compliance under supervision of Group CFO.Preparing and filing of tax returns of all the Group Companies. Like TDS, GST, Income Tax Advising on tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.Handling of taxation Matters Under supervision of CFO4. Risk ManagementIdentifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets.Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with risk management policies.5. Compliance and GovernanceEnsuring adherence to corporate governance standards.Keeping up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensuring the companys compliance.Preparing and submitting regulatory reports and filings.6. Cost ManagementAnalyzing costs and recommending cost-saving measures.Implementing cost control processes and monitoring their effectiveness.Conducting cost-benefit analysis for various business projects.7. Management ReportingPreparing and presenting Monthly /Quarterly financial reports to senior management.Providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Supporting decision-making processes with relevant financial data.8. Technology IntegrationUtilizing financial software and systems for efficient financial management.Implementing and managing ERP systems for streamlined financial operations.Staying updated with financial technology trends and innovations.QualificationsStrong knowledge and understanding of accounting principlesExperience in financial analysis and reportingProficiency in financial software and MS OfficeAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsChartered Accountant certificationExperience in the logistics industry is a plus
