What you’ll do
Position overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher with experience or exposure in internal audit. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our internal processes and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support statutory and internal audits by providing requisite explanations and assistance to the auditors to ensure timely resolution and completion of audits.
2. Participate in the development and maintenance of internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor the progress of corrective actions.
4. Identify control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose practical recommendations to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks and prepare SOPs.
5. Quarterly Preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with IND AS.
6. Review of Balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
7. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
8. Support in resolution of any SAP issues faced by Finance team.
Qualification & Skills
1. Chartered Accountant
2. Prior experience on internal audit, risk management, or controls is preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify control weaknesses.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Experience 0-2 years
