Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of tax, bank & other audits, and accounts. This is a managerial role that requires a strong background in commerce, as well as professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CS are preferred. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage audit teams and ensure compliance with established auditing and accounting standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead audit engagements for corporate, tax, government, and bank audits.
Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related documents.
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide accounting support and resolve accounting-related issues.
Prepare audit reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions for senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with auditing standards, legal requirements, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or CS is preferred.
CA/CWA or Article students are also preferred.
Proven experience in different types of audits, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
