Profile: Assistant Manager/Manager - Risk Advisory Services
Experience: CA with 0 to 4 years PQE (in Internal Audit and/or Risk Advisory Services)
Pre-requisite:
• Passion towards client servicing in the areas of process definition, process writing, implementation, automation consulting, process review, internal audits.
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of risk advisory domain
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client requirements
• Freshers applying must have done atleast 1year of articleship exclusively in internal audits or risk advisory
• Those with experience in Internal audits or IFC testing or Risk Advisory services alone will be considered
• Academical knowledge of SOX and Fraud Investigation would be an added advantage
Job Description
• Involved in conducting process interview for various business processes
• Identifying risks in business processes, documenting process flows and process notes
• Identifying controls to address the identified risks and drawing up Risk Control Matrix
• Implementation and training of the process across organisation level
• Identifying areas of automation in the process & work with automation team to build the necessary solutions
• Review and monitor compliance with processes
• Internal Audit, IFC testing, process review & reporting
• Involved in servicing clients across various industry verticals, geographies and having different scale & size
• Identifying newer areas of Risk Advisory services
Compensation
Our pay structures are at least 20% to 30% lower than Big4 and other Top 10 Consulting Firms. Though this may not be the case always.
Why lower pay: It is not that we believe in unjust profiteering & hence pay low. We work mostly with Medium to moderate corporates, Start-ups, Family businesses and entrepreneurs; whose paying ability is comparatively lower.
