Responsibilities
• Post execution trade processing and reconciliation.
• Capture, reconcile, enrich and process clients portfolio trading activity from the fund’s
• Client communication and liaison skills, you will be expected to attend client calls and meetings.
• Ability to communicate and explain technical problems and concepts to data sources and clients via email and conference calls.
• Review and record cash transactions.
• Review and record expense activity.
• Review to ensure the portfolio positions have the correct market values
• Fee/ Expense calculations with corresponding accruals
• Coordinate the preparation & distribution of each investor's reporting requirements.
• Liaising with the client on email and conference calls to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the portfolio.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant
• Strong understanding and working experience of accounting principles is required.
• Candidate must have experience working with Accounting tools, general ledger packages
• Detailed understanding of the trade life cycle and fund accounting NAV cycle.
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills .
• Self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
