General Job Responsibility
Principal AccountabilitiesStrategic
Evaluate proposal at first level, meeting criteria
Prepare CAM, WAS score, Banking Analysis
Primary data collection on Company stability, ownership and financials
Tactical
Co-ordinate with Counterpart for the transaction conditions
Implement the sanction condition within timeframe
Understand the Direct Assignment Pool and selection criteria
Work closely with partner, internal and external staff for closure of the deal
Work with HHF teams / vendors on processing of DA deals
Monitor the progress frequently
Evaluate against covenants and trigger, any early wrong signals
For DA -takeover, work with IT/RMC teams for fulfilling conditions
Provide weekly tracker on progress against key items
