Exp : 8+ years
Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Implement and maintain a system of internal controls that ensures company assets are safeguarded
• Ensure timely completion of external audit and tax filings
• Develop and maintain financial systems, tools, and processes to support business operations
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant role
• CPA or CA Inter certification
• Experience in financial accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
