Opportunity for Qualified Fresher Chartered Accountant.
Responsibilities
• Working with seniors to get the tax audit done with filing of ITR, TDS and other taxation related issues in the organisation.
• Mapping monthly GST Returns and audit GST quarterly returns.
• Coordinating with HR department for smooth compliance management in the organisation.
• Actively engage with all the functional heads to formulate the AOP for the respective functions.
• Monitor the performance of KPIs against AOP during the year for the circles.
• Work towards bringing in standardization of the reports to ensure uniformity of reporting.
• Benchmarking various costs amongst circles & with competition which helps the management in identifying gaps & building cost efficiencies.
• Cost-benefit analysis to provide direction to the business on allocating resources wisely.
