Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the following:
Working in outsourced finance department of a Web3 social media company. This involves assisting top management in business projections and during investment funding rounds, handling entire accounting operations of all group entities, managing ESOPs, handling P2P processes, custodian of treasury, and other general finance related matters.
Working on the financials of our clients including preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, GST returns, tax assessments, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
Conducting internal audits, statutory audits, control audits, due diligences, valuation reports, income tax audits, GST audits, tax assessments, corporate structuring, etc.
Assisting in the preparation of business plans, financial models, and business valuations.
Head special audit assignments such as forensic audits, physical verification assignments, inventory verifications, etc.
Conducting research and analysis on various financial matters.
Qualifications:
Completed CA Year of Passing 2020 to 2026.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and ability to lead a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
