We have been retained by one of the Top 10 pharma companies to hire a CA Fresher for indirect taxation Details of the position are mentioned below Company Our client is one of the top 10 Pharma companies with a sales turnover of more than 5 000 Crores The company is a multi divisional company each division promoting a specific range of products Designation Executive Manager Accounts Indirect Taxation Educational Qualification CA Fresher Roles and Responsibilities To support the GST team for monthly return filings for various states To support various reconciliations for Books of Accounts and GST returns To support the GST team and commercial department for follow up with supplier for uploading invoices in GST portal for claiming input tax credit To support and monitor the reconcile of inter branch and inter company transfer To support reconciliation of Balance in GST portal with Books of Accounts To support in regular scrutiny of GL accounts to identifying Input tax credit loss and excess liability payment etc To administering preparation and submission of reply to the show cause notices letters issued by the GST authorities To Managing litigation in coordination with the external counsel and appearance before the statutory authorities To keeping a track of latest amendments in Indirect Tax Laws and assessing impact of the same on the companys business To Apprising entire organisation about GST changes To support the automation of various compliances and reports to the GST team To maintain proper records coordinate with various departments and ensure all the assessment and appeals are closed within the due timelines To coordinating with the Branches Pan India for proper filing of GST returns To have good knowledge of preparation of SOP for Indirect tax of various transactions To be proactive and take active participation in all day to day issues across organisation To be responsible for preparation of various Tax MIS on monthly basis To introduce and implement various Tax Benefit schemes ideas Tax Incentive schemes etc To keep an eye on identifying the leakage in Indirect Tax Outflow To have adequate knowledge of SAP systems To have advance knowledge of MS excel Desired Candidate Profile Tax Litigation Assessments and Appeals Coordination with external tax counsels and authorities Filing of GST Returns Keeping track of latest developments judicial pronouncements Indirect Tax Laws Tax planning and formulating tax efficient processes Strong Domain Expertise in Indirect Tax Excellent Communication Skills Good Networking Skills Performance Orientation Analytical Team Player Must have advance working knowledge of SAP HANA and MS excel Those of you whose profile matches the above mentioned description and will like to apply for this position shall forward their updated profile to hidden email
