• Accounting, finalization of accounts, including coordination with Auditors
• Compliance with law - Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Familiarity with GST / TDS and filing of Returns
• Financing and Coordination with Banks and Lending Institutions
• Budgeting, MIS, Pitching to VCs and Fund Managers
• Compliance with Income Tax, GST and ROC
