In-House Chartered Accountant (5+ Years Experience)
Location: Jaipur | Companies: Catalyst Group (Private Limited)
Full-Time | On-Site Role Only

With multiple private limited companies under our group , we’re expanding rapidly and seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance, compliance, and legal processes in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
Company Formation & Registration (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, etc.)
End-to-end ROC & MCA filings, annual returns, and secretarial compliance
GST, TDS, ITR filings and all tax-related documentation
Handle internal and statutory audits for all group companies
Prepare MIS, balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial projections
Oversee fund tracking, investment reporting, and capital structuring
Liaise with legal, banks, and external consultants when required
Advise management on financial planning, fundraising, and due diligence
Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance for multiple businesses
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified CA with minimum 5 years of experience (post-qualification)
Proven experience in handling company registrations, ROC, audits, and MCA work
Strong knowledge of compliances for private limited companies
Prior experience in managing multiple entities is preferred
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-managed
