About the Job -
The Chartered Account will be responsible for company's financial growth and risk management.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Correspondences / Interaction with regulatory authorities, e.g. SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc
• Liquidity, Return on Investment (ROI), Forecasting, Reporting.
• Manage the company’s financial planning.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Analyze and manage the organizations liabilities and investments.
• Plan implement and manage investment strategies.
• Manage fund raising plans and capital structure.
• Determine finance KPIs
• Supervise financial reports and budgeting in order to reduce cost.
• Prepare & present current & forecasting reports.
• Adhere to the law and company's policies.
Qualifications and requirements
• CA
• MBA Finance
• Sound knowledge of corporate laws
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good Analytical Skills.
• Proficiency in M.S.Office
