Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in handling accounting of foreign subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transfer pricing laws, IFRS, and Ind AS. They will be able to consolidate financial statements at the month-end and assist with internal audit and other compliance activities.
• Responsibilities of the role include:
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for Company including its foreign subsidiaries in accordance with the laws.
• Oversee the accounting operations of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local accounting principles and regulations.
• Manage the intercompany transactions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with transfer pricing laws.
• Review financial data and transactions to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Consolidate financial statements, analyze trends, and provide insights for management review.
• Ensure filing of monthly or periodically statutory returns as required in different countries.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports.
• Assist with internal audit and other compliance activities.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Stay up to date on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
Mandatory Skills:
Transfer pricing, IFRS, Ind AS, FEMA, Accounting of foreign subsidiaries, International Taxation.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in handling accounting of foreign subsidiaries.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing laws, FEMA laws, IFRS, and Ind AS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
