Job Title: Deputy Manager
Experience: 1 -5yrs
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor manufacturing costs, analyze variances, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to streamline cost structures.
Supervising Monthly Stock Statement of Banks and Bank Stock Audits
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Finalisation of Books.
• Hands on knowledge of variance analysis, depreciation.
• Utilize your expertise in SAP Finance module to manage financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and generate accurate financial reports.
• Supervising of Internal Audit and ensure Reports.
• Getting the Statutory Audit and Tax Audit done of various Entities.
• Coordinate and facilitate audits by external auditors. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in SAP Finance module is preferred. Experience with other ERP systems in a manufacturing context will also be considered.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
