Job Description
Responsibilities • Preparation of month on month and year-end financial reports • Preparation of monthly/quarterly bank, expense and any ad-hoc MIS, as and when required • Preparation of expense budget report and conduct budget vs. actual analysis • Review and release online banking payments • Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support • Ensure all basic internal financial controls are in place to all financial transactions including appropriate safeguarding of assets • Filing of all Direct & Indirect Tax Returns • Timely filing of ROC returns and other compliance • A good hand experience of handling Tax, Statutory and Internal audits • Compliance with Local India Laws like Professional Tax, Gratuity, PF, ESIC etc. • Oversee company Admin Activities (ref:iimjobs.com
