We are recruiting for the position of "Associate" with a leading MNC in Shipping Industry.
Location - Andheri East (Nearby to Airport Road Metro station)
Qualifications - CA / CS / LLB / MBA (From top ranked colleges)
Key Responsibilities-
1)Laisse with ship manager to finalise operating budget for next Financial Year. Would support the candidate in operational budget benchmarking, determination. Candidate would be required to share such budget with the shareholders.
2)Candidate has to look at cash flow for each company which includes revenue, operational expenditure, interest and principal payments, dry docking and would maintain DSRA for each company as instructed by lenders.
3)Communicating with shareholders for approval of non-budget items.
4)Ensuring change of Directors on the board of each company as proposed by shareholders.
5)Arranging Board Meetings, AGM, EGM etc.
6)Ensuring that Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual P&L is made by accounting firms appointed by the board, and such accounts are audited and shared with the shareholders.
7)Any other legitimate matter or business for the companies.
8) Candidate will also be provided opportunity to make financial models.
