Roles and Responsibility:
Team Lead of Functional Area Leading a team of 7 Members.
Responsible and ensuring necessary MIS and complying with the time set for the activity.
Reporting to the Team Head about the activities at the Bank
Thorough knowledge of TDS Laws in India and ability to pass them to others in the team who do not come from a finance background.
TDS compliances Ensuring for the Bank.
Preparation of Non-Salary TDS & TCS returns .
Preparation of Salary TDS return.
Preparation of TDS payments monthly, payment entries, Scrutiny of TDS GL, reconciliation with TDS report & GL clearing.
Collation and systematic maintenance of contemporaneous documentation.
Analysis the tax treaty provision to determine TDS percentage, tax credit & tax deductibility also focusing on tax expense optimization.
Providing TDS remarks for transactions.
Continuously looking for automation in TDS areas to minimize procedural time.
Training & Development.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
