· Monthly, quarterly and annual MIS.
· Budget and Variance analysis.
· Prepare Cost Report
· Handle and manage a team of accountants who perform the daily accounting task
· Finalization of Accounts of group of entities
· Reviewing day to day accounting and conducting ledger scrutiny at regular intervals
· Responsible for statutory compliance in relation to Income Tax, GST, TDS and ROC
· Compile documents and coordinate with internal team in response to the assessment in relation to Income Tax, GST and TDS
· Statutory audit, Income Tax Audit, GST Audit and Internal Audit
· Manage Vendors/Creditors & Debtors Track Sheet as per Receivable & Payable wise.
· Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
· Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory changes.
· Be responsible for continued education for team members.
· Knowledge of fund flow and cash flow, Interaction with banker for OD/CC extra
· Develop and document business process effective business process and accounting policies to maintain effective internal controls
· Monitor financial indicators, identify potential risks, and implement risk management procedures
