Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy, legality, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Advise on tax planning strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial advice to clients or management on matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring.
• Assist in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized accounting body.
• Relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
