Position: Chartered Accountant (Project Finance)
Qualification: CA
Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job description
• Client-facing role where the project should be understood in detail and the requirements of the client to be incorporated in the deal structure.
• Preparation of Deal Documents where the needs of the client is at the essence and accordingly need to prepare the deal structure and Detailed Project Report indicating the viability of the Project.
• Preparation of Financial structure where the Cash Flow is anticipated on a rational basis on which the finance can be given, as well as a detailed study of future revenue generation to be kept in mind while anticipating the repayment of the finance.
• Ratio Analysis where the ratio analysis of the project to be made over which finance partner can finance the project. Further the Financial structure of the client and its future anticipation of receipts and payments to be kept in line with the standard ratios.
• Finance Partner Arrangement where in the finance partner needed to be identified which best suits the project and its requirements.
• Deal finalization Once the process of the Deal structure and its correlated activities gets completed the finalization of the project should be done over which the project will get finance from a finance partner.
• Getting the Sanction and the Disbursement As per the needs of the client once the approval from the finance partner completes over project the sanction to be taken as well as need to facilitate the project to get the required boost of finance.
• Submission of Periodical requirements where in the finance partner needs the overview of the project it has financed on a periodical basis, on which the financial workings to be done to anticipate the project further and getting the further finance on the project
