Role Description
1. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements by relevant accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to develop and monitor budgets for real estate projects.
• Assist in forecasting financial outcomes and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
3. Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and work with external auditors during tax audits.
• Provide guidance on tax planning strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
4. Internal Controls:
• Establish and maintain robust internal control processes to safeguard financial assets.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and address any financial irregularities.
• Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
5. Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial analyses to support business initiatives, such as investment decisions, cost optimization, and profitability assessments.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into financial performance.
6. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, legal, and sales teams, to ensure financial considerations are integrated into business strategies.
Requirements:
• As a Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, your role will be crucial in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic financial planning within the organization.
• You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to manage financial processes, analyze data, and provide insights that contribute to the overall success of the real estate projects.
• Experience in Chartered Accountant: 2 years (Required) Real estate industry: 2 years (Preferred)
