Job Description:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage and oversee taxes and compliance such as Income Tax, GST, ROC.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Scrutiny of Books of accounts & related records to ensure authenticity of financial transactions & correctness of accounting.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
