Roles and Responsibilities :
Statutory audit - plan and efficiently conduct audit of listed/large unlisted companies, Ind AS Compliance, prepare presentations to audit committee/Board of Directors
Internal audit - Perform internal audit, Transaction review/Process optimization, IFC, IT General Controls & Security Assessment
Income Tax & GST related works.
Responsible for Finance, Accounting and Taxation functions of the grou
Liasoning with Bankers and credit rating agencies
Liasoning with govt departments for income tax and GST purposes
Ensuring timely finalisation of accounts, closure of statutory audit, filing of Income Tax Returns and GST Returns, GST Refund applications of the entire group.
Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
Monitor KPI, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast. Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
